Return Policy
Effective date: 27 August 2025
Summary: you may return your order within 30 days after receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake. Items must be complete, undamaged, and free from (obvious) signs of use.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Under European consumer law, you have a minimum 14-day right of withdrawal. FridgeBuddies voluntarily extends this period to 30 days after delivery.
In the event of withdrawal of the entire order, we will also refund the original standard outbound shipping costs. Any additional delivery options chosen (such as evening delivery) will not be refunded.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be complete, in the original packaging where reasonably possible, and include all accessories.
- The item must be undamaged and show no (obvious) signs of use. If the product has been used more than necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we may deduct a reduction in value.
- Hygiene products with broken seals, personalized or custom-made products, and digital downloads are generally excluded from return unless defective.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at your own expense. We recommend choosing a shipping method with track & trace. In case of a defective, incorrectly delivered, or incomplete product, we will cover the return costs (after assessment) or provide a return label.
How to Register a Return
- Within 30 days of receipt, send an e-mail to info@fridgebuddies.eu stating your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive return instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number.
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA number or a copy of the invoice.
